About the project
F7 is a compact, fully self-service apart-hotel concept in Piraeus, about 0.6 km from both the centre and a metro station, from the same developer behind 3S Athens. The 14-unit building mixes six 1-bedroom apartments of roughly 29–36 m² with one ground-floor commercial unit, using automated self-check-in rather than staffed reception. Shared spaces include a small gym, locker rooms and a rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen.
